In the following terms, each event organized by onOffice GmbH, namely onOffice Winter-Travelling, onOffice Summer-Travelling, and onOffice Hiking-Travelling, is referred to as onOffice Travelling or “event.”
Registration and Contract Conclusion
Registration for onOffice Travelling must be in writing. You can submit your registration via email to onOffice GmbH or through the registration form on the onOffice website. Your registration is confirmed upon receipt of a registration confirmation or an invoice. If we cannot accommodate your registration, you will be notified.
Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed, payment should be made by bank transfer to the account specified in the invoice. The invoice amount must be settled within 30 days.
Changes
We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the event (e.g., changes to event content or schedule) if external influences require it. Participants will be informed of changes in a timely manner. Such changes do not entitle participants to a full or partial refund.
Cancellation of Registration
Cancellation of registration is possible. The cancellation fee, applicable in case of cancellation, amounts to the full registration fee of €1250 plus VAT per canceled participant.
Other Costs
Travel, accommodation, or other expenses are the responsibility of the participant. Participants must handle cancellations of hotel bookings, travel arrangements, and any resulting costs themselves.
Copyright of Film Recordings & Photographs
Participants agree that recordings in image and video format may be duplicated, distributed, and used for advertising purposes by onOffice GmbH during the event (e.g., in publications, social media, onOffice website, etc.). This consent applies indefinitely both spatially and temporally. Participants have no claim to compensation for these recordings.
Data Protection
By submitting a binding registration for the event, you consent to the processing of your personal data for the purpose of conducting the event. We are happy to provide you with detailed information on the processing of your personal data in accordance with Article 13 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (EU GDPR) (Data).
Purpose of Processing
We process your data under Article 6(1)(a) of the EU GDPR based on your consent through the binding registration for the event:
- For the creation of the participant list and name tags (name, first name, title, company name)
- For invoicing purposes (name, first name, employer)
- Potentially for issuing certificates of participation (name, first name, company)
Duration of Processing
We process your data only for as long as necessary for the planning and final execution of the event or due to applicable legal requirements, such as the retention obligation for invoice documents. If you request deletion of your data, we will promptly delete your data, unless legal retention obligations prevent this.
Your Rights as the Data Subject
Under the EU GDPR, you have the right to:
- Information about the processing of your data
- Correction or deletion of your data
- Restriction of processing (only storage possible)
- Objection to processing
- Data portability
- Revocation of your consent with effect for the future
By submitting a binding registration, you agree that the provided data (first name, last name, title, and company) will be published on the participant list for the event. The participant list is available in printed form to speakers and event partners.
Final Provision
In the event that any specific provisions of this agreement are deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will still remain valid and enforceable The parties shall replace the invalid or unenforceable provision with a valid and enforceable provision that comes closest to the economic purpose of the invalid or unenforceable provision.
