Responsibilities of IT Workplace Administration
Our “Admins” are responsible for installing and maintaining laptops, tablets, monitors, the network, and all software products for every team member.
- Installation and maintenance of hardware and software for our team
- Administration of company infrastructures (LAN, WLAN, VPN, cloud telephony)
- Configuration of server systems in the data center and Azure
- User management via Active Directory, ensuring workplace safety, and system administration through software distribution
