This can have various reasons: The prospect you suggested is already an onOffice customer or the prospect canceled their order.
A prospect must become an onOffice customer and sign a contract with us based on your referral. The prospect you referred should not already have been in contact with us. A retroactive referral is unfortunately not possible.
The more users your referral brings, the better it is for you! We will inform you about the amount of your referrer reward after the contract is signed. Please note that for the direct payout option, you will need to invoice us for the amount of your reward.
No problem! You have the choice. You can change your original choice if you change your mind. We will contact you regarding your referrer reward after the contract is signed.
