Conditions of participation: Group training
Registration, conclusion of contract
You can register for an onOffice Basic, Advanced or Admin training course in the following ways:
- Booking via the corresponding registration (training in German) form on the pages: basic-training, advanced-training oder admin-training.
- Individual bookings via your account manager (training in Italian). Your account manager will then make the booking on your behalf.
Registration for the training course is only confirmed by confirmation of registration or by sending the invoice. Registration for participation in the training course is binding.
Technical note
All training participants are required to bring a functional laptop with the latest operating system to the training. We recommend that each participant tests the device in advance, carries out any necessary updates, and ensures that the device connects successfully to the WLAN. We cannot accept any liability if your device is not ready for use and the training course is delayed as a result.
Terms of payment
All prices quoted by onOffice GmbH are subject to VAT at the statutory rate. Payment is due immediately upon receipt of the invoice.
Cancellation, change
We reserve the right to cancel a training course if the minimum number of participants is not reached.
In addition, we may change the training course (e.g. content, timetable, etc.) if external influences make this necessary, provided this is reasonable for the participants. Participants will be informed of any changes in writing (by e-mail). Such changes do not constitute grounds for a partial or total refund of the training costs.
Cancellation conditions
Cancellation is possible up to 7 days before the training date. Otherwise, we will charge 100 % of the training fee. Prices plus 19 % VAT.
The right of the participant to nominate a substitute participant at any time remains unaffected.
Data protection
With your binding training registration, you consent to the processing of your personal data for the purpose of organising the event. In accordance with Art. 13 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (EU GDPR), we are happy to inform you in detail about the processing of your personal data (hereinafter referred to as “data”).
Purpose of the processing
We process your data in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) of the EU GDPR on the basis of your consent through the binding registration for the event:
- to create a list of participants (surname, first name, company)
- for invoicing (surname, first name, company)
- if applicable, for the creation of certificates of participation (surname, first name, company)
Duration of processing
We only process your data for as long as it is necessary for the planning and final realization of the event or based on applicable legal provisions, such as the obligation to retain accounting documents. Should you wish your data to be deleted, we will delete your data immediately, unless there are legal obligations to retain it.
Your rights as a data subject
According to the EU GDPR, you have the right to
- Information about the processing of your data
- Rectification or erasure of your data
- Restriction of processing (only storage still possible)
- Objection to the processing
- data portability
- Revocation of your given consent with effect for the future
By submitting your binding registration, you agree that the data provided (first name, surname, title and company) may be published on the list of participants for the event. The list of participants is available to the organisers of the event (onOffice GmbH) in printed and digital form.
Final Provisions
Should individual provisions of this agreement be or become invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced by the valid and enforceable provision that the contracting parties intended with the invalid or unenforceable provision.
